When I was married I managed everything about our lives, including his mental well being- which was too much. I didn’t know I didn’t have to do that- I partly did because it was the best way to have a peaceful home.

Now I live alone and can choose what I do or don’t do. I am going to have a tree and some decorations because it makes me happy, not because I feel it’s expected od me or it’s the only way I can have a peaceful home. Yay!
